Warranty

LEDchromaKEY.com will replace, at no cost, any components that fail within 90 days of receipt. LEDchromaKEY.com will further back our product for workmanship and function with a 12 month, pro-rated replacement warranty from the time of purchase. Warranty valid, provided there is no damage or obvious abuse, determined upon inspection by, and at the discretion of, LEDchromaKEY.com. Return shipping costs paid by customer. Product replacement shipping costs paid by LEDchromaKEY.com at standard rates.

NOTE: LEDCHROMAKEY.COM DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, AS THESE ARE LIGHTING PRODUCTS WITH POTENTIAL WEAR AND TEAR, EVEN WITH LIMITED USE, UNLESS: THE RETURNED ITEMS ARE POST MARKED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT. IN THAT EVENT, LEDCHROMAKEY.COM WILL REFUND, ONLY AFTER ITEM IS RETURNED, AND IT PASSES AN INSPECTION SHOWING THAT THERE IS NO DAMAGE OR OBVIOUS USE. EXCEPTION: THE TWO-COLOR LIGHT RINGS ARE MAKE-TO-ORDER, AND REQUIRE A 15% RESTOCKING FEE, IN THE EVENT OF A VALID RETURN.
